Returns

Can I return an item?

Of course! We offer hassle free returns to make life a little easier. We at Ginger Pickle want you to be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not and want an exchange or want a full or partial refund then please email us at jade@gingerpickle.co.uk. Please provide us your full name and reason for exchange/return in your email. If you have an account with us you can submit a returns request in the 'View Completed Order' page. We will only refund or exchange items if they are in an unused and suitable condition.

How will I send back my returned goods to you?

The goods must be unused and in their original packaging if possible and sent via post. We recommend sending the item back using a secure delivery method such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service. That way you will be able to check when your returned items have been received by us. Items are customers responsibility until they are received by us, and Ginger Pickle cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.

Will I get my postage costs refunded?

Ginger Pickle will happily refund original postage cost. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment. 

Are there any goods that are non refundable?

We cannot refund or exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.
